Each gemstone ships with our own grading note covering carat weight, dimensions, colour, clarity and treatment status. Laboratory certification from GIA, GRS, Lotus or GIC can be arranged on request before dispatch.
If a stone is heated, we say so. If it is unheated, we prove it.

Good to Know
Are your sapphires heated or unheated?
Both, and we label every listing accordingly. Unheated stones command a premium and are always described as such. If a stone has been heat treated — the industry norm for most commercial sapphire — it is stated plainly in the product description.
Where exactly are the stones from?
All of our gem rough is bought in Sri Lanka, principally from the Ratnapura and Elahera districts. Cutting and grading happen in our own workshop in Colombo.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide by insured express courier with tracking. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility; we declare full value on every shipment.
Can I request a laboratory certificate?
Absolutely. GIA, GRS, Lotus and GIC certification can be arranged before dispatch. Please contact us for turnaround time and cost, which varies with the laboratory.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the authenticity and craftsmanship of our gemstones and fine jewelry. If your order arrives with any quality issue, defect, or material discrepancy, you may return it within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Do you cut to size or match pairs?
Yes. We offer calibrated sizes, matched pairs and bespoke cutting. Send us the dimensions you need and we will tell you what is achievable from current rough.
