All orders ship from Sri Lanka, insured and tracked, usually within two business days of purchase.

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within two business days. Made-to-size rings and custom settings take about two weeks. If an item will take longer, we will tell you before you order.

Delivery times

These are typical, not guaranteed:

Asia — 3 to 7 business days
Europe — 7 to 12 business days
North America — 7 to 14 business days
Rest of world — 10 to 20 business days

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our workshop.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the full value of every shipment, because undervaluing a parcel invalidates the insurance.

If you are ordering from the EU, the UK, or another market where duties are collected at import, your carrier will contact you before delivery.

Insurance

All shipments over $300 are fully insured at our cost. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will handle the claim — you do not need to deal with the carrier.

Packaging

Loose stones ship in a secure display box with a signed grading card. Jewelry ships in a presentation box. Nothing is marked as jewelry on the outside of the parcel.
