Every order is packed at our warehouse in Ningbo, China or at our workshop in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and shipped insured and tracked to any country we are allowed to trade with.

Order processing time

Processing time is the time between your order and the moment the parcel leaves us. It does not include transit.

Orders placed at the weekend or on a Chinese public holiday start processing on the next working day. If something you ordered will take longer than the times above, we will tell you before we charge you — not after.

Estimated delivery time

Transit time starts when the parcel leaves us. These are typical times, not guarantees — customs and local carriers can add days we do not control.

If your country is not listed, the rest-of-world band applies. Customs inspection is the variable we cannot control: a parcel can clear in a day or sit for a week, and no courier will promise otherwise.

Shipping is charged by destination zone, not by order value. Orders of $300 or more ship free, fully insured, to every destination.

The exact rate for your address is calculated in the cart before you pay — there are no handling fees added at checkout.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves us, usually within an hour of dispatch. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier ourselves.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the full value of every shipment, because undervaluing a parcel invalidates the insurance.

If you are ordering from the EU, the UK, or another market where duties are collected at import, your carrier will contact you before delivery. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties means it comes back to us and the return leg is not refundable.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at our cost. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will handle the claim — you do not need to deal with the carrier. Please photograph the outer packaging before opening if it arrives damaged.

Packaging

Loose stones ship in a secure display box with a signed grading card. Jewellery ships in a presentation box. Nothing is marked as jewellery on the outside of the parcel, and the customs description is deliberately plain.
