Getting the size right the first time saves a resizing round trip. Here is how to measure, and what we make.
Measuring at home
The most reliable method uses a ring you already own and that fits the finger you intend to wear it on.
- Take a ring that fits comfortably — snug over the knuckle, but not tight.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimetres, across the widest point of the band.
- Match that number to the chart below.
Do not measure a ring that fits a different finger. Fingers differ in size by several millimetres, and the difference between the two hands is usually about half a size.

Our adjustable silver bands
Most of our 925 sterling silver rings are made with an adjustable shank and fit approximately US 6 to US 9. They can be gently opened or closed to fit, and because silver is soft this can be done more than once.
Platinum and gold
Platinum and 18K gold rings are made to a specific size and cannot be adjusted by hand. If you need a size we do not list, message us before ordering and we will make it. Made-to-size pieces take about two weeks.
Wide bands
A band wider than about 6mm feels tighter than a narrow band of the same diameter. If you are choosing a wide ring, size up by half.
Cold fingers
Fingers shrink in cold weather and swell in heat. Measure at room temperature, and if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
